These Terms govern the LogosAutomata website, waitlist, application account and software subscriptions available to your account. The public demo uses simulated data. Account onboarding and payment-method availability are separate from the demo; a Coming soon label is not an offer to sell that module. Joining the waitlist does not purchase a subscription or waive consumer rights.
Who we are
LogosAutomata is operated by «LOGOS AUTOMATA» LLC, registered in the Republic of Armenia (state registration number 999.110.1593875), M. Khorenatsi St. 210, building 26A, Yerevan 0010, Armenia. References to “we”, “us” and “LogosAutomata” in these Terms mean that company.
What LogosAutomata is
LogosAutomata is a software tool that automates user-defined crypto-trading strategies across exchanges the user connects via their own API keys. It does not provide investment advice, does not recommend trades, and does not take custody of funds. All strategy parameters are configured by the user.
Who may use the platform
The platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where the use of crypto-trading automation is restricted. You are responsible for compliance with applicable law in your jurisdiction. LogosAutomata does not knowingly serve residents of the United States during the current early-access programme. Each exchange also applies its own account and regional restrictions.
Risk acknowledgement
Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss. Automated strategies can and do lose money. Past backtest performance does not guarantee future results. LogosAutomata makes no representation about the profitability of any strategy configured on the platform.
No custody of funds
Trading assets remain in your exchange account. Use API keys with withdrawal permissions disabled and only the permissions needed for your selected features. You can revoke keys directly at the exchange. Software subscription payments are separate from trading capital; paying a subscription is not a deposit for investment or trading by LogosAutomata.
Waitlist obligations
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, does not constitute a purchase, and creates no financial obligation. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Subscriptions, payment and delivery
The capabilities, limits, dependencies and prices of subscriptions are listed on our pricing page in US dollars (USD). Prices exclude VAT or sales tax where such tax applies in your country; the exact total is confirmed before payment.
Direct USDT payments on TRON (TRC20) are available for subscription invoices. These purchases are made directly from LogosAutomata and are not processed by Paddle. The seller for direct purchases is «LOGOS AUTOMATA» LLC. Payments are allocated to a specific subscription invoice at the token amount shown before payment. We do not provide customer wallets, stored balances or withdrawals.
Card payments are not currently available. IDBank card payments are not set up and are unavailable.
We intend to offer checkout through Paddle, subject to approval and activation. If enabled, Paddle would act as the reseller and merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout, handling payments, applicable sales taxes and payment-related support, including refunds. LogosAutomata would provide software access and product support.
If Paddle checkout becomes available, purchases through it would also be subject to Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy. Those payment arrangements would apply only to purchases through Paddle. These Terms would continue to govern your use of the LogosAutomata software. Available payment methods, the billing currency and the final amount would be shown before payment.
Delivery is digital: access normally starts after payment confirmation and continues for the purchased period; nothing is shipped. The listed monthly periods are 30 days, with dates confirmed in the purchase summary. Direct USDT renewal requires a new payment invoice; there are no automatic debits for those purchases. Any future Paddle checkout would show its billing period, renewal terms and cancellation process before purchase. Activation starts an ongoing service and does not mean the entire subscription has been performed. Cancellation, statutory withdrawal, service remedies and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Accepting these Terms or starting access does not by itself waive mandatory consumer rights.
Existing offers and personal data
Previously promised waitlist discounts and earned referral rewards remain valid despite changes in launch wording or product names. Confirm your offer before payment if it is not reflected in checkout. Our Privacy Policy explains how account, exchange, trading, billing, support and waitlist information is processed. Required service communications are separate from optional marketing.
