Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-16
This notice covers the website, waitlist and LogosAutomata application. The controller is «LOGOS AUTOMATA» LLC, registered in the Republic of Armenia, registration number 999.110.1593875, at M. Khorenatsi St. 210, building 26A, Yerevan 0010, Armenia. Contact privacy@logosautomata.com about personal data. Full details are on our contact page.
Data we process and why
- Accounts and security. Username, email, password hash, verification and recovery records, login/session information and profile settings. Optional details include a display name, phone number and Telegram identifier when provided or linked. These support authentication, account recovery, preferences and service communications.
- Exchange connections. Exchange name, account UID, connection labels, API key, API secret and connection status. API secrets are encrypted in storage and decrypted by our services when needed to authenticate exchange requests. Credentials are processed on our servers, not solely in your browser. Use only the permissions needed for your chosen features and disable withdrawals.
- Trading and research. Connected balances, holdings, positions, orders, fills, profit/loss, strategy configurations, bot actions and execution logs, portfolio allocations, alerts, and backtest inputs and saved results. We retrieve information from exchanges you connect and process instructions you configure to provide dashboards, research and automation. Trading assets remain with your exchange; subscription payments are separate.
- Billing. Products, subscription periods, prices, invoices, payment status and references, and refund correspondence. Direct TRON payments involve blockchain addresses, transaction hashes, amounts and confirmations. Blockchain records are public. Card payments are not currently available. IDBank card payments are not set up and are unavailable. Do not send card numbers, security codes or wallet seed phrases to support.
- Support and operations. Messages, attachments you send, references needed to investigate, and diagnostic/security records such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and errors. Please remove secrets and unrelated personal data from screenshots.
- Waitlist and referrals. Email, referral codes and counts, queue position, invitation/registration status, campaign/source parameters, browser user-agent and country code if provided. Optional answers cover exchanges, bot usage and options trading. These support invitations, promotional eligibility, attribution and requested updates.
Planned Paddle checkout
Checkout through Paddle is planned, subject to approval and activation. If enabled, Paddle would act as the reseller and merchant of record for purchases through its checkout and process customer, billing and payment information under Paddle's Privacy Policy. We would exchange the contact, order and subscription information needed to complete the purchase, activate software access and handle billing support and refunds. Direct USDT purchases are handled separately by LogosAutomata and are not processed by Paddle.
Reasons for processing
We use information needed to provide requested services and administer subscriptions, meet legal and accounting obligations, protect accounts, investigate faults and prevent abuse. Where applicable law recognises legitimate interests, we rely on those interests for proportionate security and operations, balanced against your rights. Optional marketing and processing requiring consent depend on your consent, which you can withdraw. Marketing opt-out does not stop necessary account, security or billing messages. Required account and connection information is needed for the corresponding features; optional profile and waitlist answers are not.
Recipients and international processing
Authorised personnel and infrastructure, email and support service providers process relevant information to operate the service. Connected exchanges receive authentication and trading instructions and apply their own privacy policies. TRON nodes and blockchain API services process address and transaction queries. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals for waitlist abuse prevention. Where enabled, Plausible provides website usage analytics. Optional Telegram features involve Telegram. Necessary records may be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data or supply it to advertising data brokers.
Exchanges and other providers may process information outside your country. Applicable cross-border data-protection requirements continue to apply. Ask our privacy contact for processing locations, recipients and transfer arrangements relevant to your account. Public blockchain records are replicated across a decentralised network and cannot be deleted by LogosAutomata.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the record and its purpose; subscription expiry is not an account-deletion request. There is no single automatic deletion period for all application records.
- Accounts and connections: retained to operate your account and connections. Remove a connection in the app and revoke its key at the exchange. Exchange-side revocation is the direct way to stop that credential working. Contact us to close your account or request erasure.
- Saved strategies and histories: bots, portfolio history and saved backtests can remain after subscription expiry for review or reuse. Deleting saved items, where the app provides that control, is separate from cancelling access. Ask us to review remaining account-linked records as part of an erasure request.
- Temporary research results: server backtest job caches have a 24-hour expiry, refreshed when a job record is written. Explicitly saved results are persistent records; cache expiry does not delete saved results or associated logs.
- Billing and support: retained as needed to administer payments, resolve requests and disputes, and meet applicable accounting, tax and legal duties. Specific records may remain after closure under a legal hold; we explain applicable exceptions when handling erasure requests.
- Waitlist: unsubscribing marks the entry as unsubscribed; it does not automatically erase the entry or referral history. Contact us to request deletion separately. Records needed to honour earned offers or maintain an opt-out may need separate handling.
- Logs and backups: deletion from active systems does not necessarily remove every diagnostic or backup copy immediately. We assess those copies, recovery/security needs and legal retention requirements when handling deletion requests. A record's retention depends on those purposes, not simply on whether your subscription is active.
Browser storage and analytics
The website saves waitlist/referral details in browser local storage for the confirmation page. The web app uses local storage for authentication tokens, the selected connection and preferences; some research data may also be saved on your device. Signing out and clearing site storage affect local copies, not server records. Necessary security technologies and Turnstile are separate from analytics. The configured Plausible integration does not use analytics cookies; this does not mean the entire application operates without browser storage.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or a portable copy of relevant data, and withdraw consent. Email privacy@logosautomata.com from your account address with your request. We may need proportionate identity verification; do not send passwords or API secrets. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain lawful limitations. You may complain to Armenia's personal data protection authority or the competent authority where you live, including an EU/EEA supervisory authority where GDPR applies.
To stop waitlist emails, use the email opt-out link or our unsubscribe page. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and communicated where required.
