Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-16
Your subscription purchases access to software provided by «LOGOS AUTOMATA» LLC for the agreed period. Activation begins an ongoing service; it does not mean the whole subscription has already been supplied. Read this policy with our Terms of Service.
Payment methods and refund support
Direct USDT payments on TRON (TRC20) are available for subscription invoices. These purchases are made directly from LogosAutomata and are not processed by Paddle. We handle billing support and issue refunds for these direct purchases. Card payments are not currently available. IDBank card payments are not set up and are unavailable.
Paddle checkout is planned, subject to approval and activation. If enabled, Paddle would be the reseller and merchant of record and would handle payment-related support and issue refunds for purchases made through its checkout. You could contact Paddle buyer support or email us for help with an order. LogosAutomata would continue to provide software and product support. For those purchases, this policy would not limit your rights under Paddle's buyer terms, its refund policy or applicable law.
Stopping future payments
Direct USDT subscriptions require a new payment invoice to renew. There are no automatic debits for these purchases. To stop renewing, do not pay another invoice. Access normally continues until the paid period ends. Withdrawing or requesting a refund for the current period is separate: contact billing as described below. Outside statutory rights, a service fault or a billing correction, we do not offer a general refund for unused time or a change of mind.
If automatically renewing subscriptions are offered through Paddle in future, the renewal terms would be displayed before purchase. You would be able to cancel future renewals through the buyer portal linked in Paddle's subscription confirmation email or through Paddle buyer support. Cancellation would take effect at the end of the paid period; a refund or statutory withdrawal request would remain separate.
Consumer withdrawal rights
If you buy as a consumer and Armenian distance-contract rules apply, you normally have 14 days from concluding the service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. EU/EEA consumers generally have a corresponding 14-day right where those rules apply. Mandatory protections in your country, including longer periods where required information was not provided, take priority. Business purchases do not automatically qualify for consumer cooling-off rights.
Send a clear notice before the applicable deadline to billing@logosautomata.com or our postal address on the contact page. No particular form or explanation is required. An invoice number helps locate the payment, but its absence does not invalidate an otherwise identifiable notice.
Starting access during the withdrawal period
Access normally starts after payment confirmation. Paying, opening an account or accepting the Terms does not waive statutory withdrawal rights. We do not rely on a blanket digital-content waiver for this ongoing subscription.
If you withdraw after service begins, we may retain only a proportionate amount for service actually supplied where applicable law allows it. Where an express request for early performance and advance information are required, a deduction applies only if both were properly obtained. Without the required request or information, no such deduction applies. We explain any lawful calculation; activation is not a basis for retaining the whole period's fee.
Billing mistakes and service problems
- We investigate and correct duplicate payments, wrong amounts and charges contrary to an agreed cancellation.
- If the service is not supplied or does not match its agreed description, contact us for a remedy. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include restoration, a price reduction, termination or a refund.
- Report problems promptly with enough detail to investigate. Requests after 30 days are not automatically excluded; statutory deadlines and remedies still apply.
A subscription does not guarantee profitable trading. Market losses alone do not establish a software refund claim. This does not exclude remedies for proven service defects, breach of contract or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
How refunds are returned
For valid statutory withdrawal, reimbursement is made within the applicable legal deadline, normally no later than 14 days after receiving notice, subject only to lawful deductions. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to a lawful alternative. We do not impose a refund-processing fee for exercising statutory rights.
For USDT, include the invoice and transaction hash if available. We verify the payment and a suitable refund destination with you; an exchange's sending address may not accept a refund for your account. Refunds and accidental overpayments are handled individually, not credited to an internal spendable balance. If card payments become available, card refunds would normally return to the card used. Refunds for any future Paddle purchases would be issued by Paddle. Bank posting time can differ from the date a refund is issued. Your right to contact your issuer or dispute a charge is unaffected.

Getting help
Email billing@logosautomata.com from your account address. We aim to respond within two business days. Contacting us first can help, but is not a condition for statutory remedies, contacting a consumer authority or exercising rights with your payment provider. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer protections.
